How we are paid
We are generally paid a commission by the lender on settlement. The amount varies between lenders and products. We will tell you the commission payable on your transaction before you enter into it. Where a fee is payable by you, we will disclose it in writing beforehand.
Security and guarantees
Most business facilities require security. This commonly includes a general security agreement over business assets and personal guarantees from directors. Guarantees and indemnities may be required. You should understand what you are signing and obtain independent advice where you are unsure.
